Valley Spring Service Shipping & Returns Policies and Disclaimers

DELIVERY TIME

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed.

Some orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer and may be delayed in their shipping process. In other cases, some orders are sent from multiple locations and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box. In these particular instances, shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and you will only be charged one low delivery price.

Custom products or specialty items that are made to order may also require additional lead time for delivery depending on the manufacturer's production schedule and location.

Note: Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery.

SHIPPING COSTS

Some shipping quotes given online are not necessarily accurate and may need to be recalculated manually. This most commonly occurs with orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states, or to APO/FPO addresses.

In the event of any additional shipping charges or alterations to your shipping total, we will attempt to contact you and your order will be held pending your approval of any changes.

SHIPPING METHODS

For most orders, we ship using UPS, FEDEX and USPS Ground Service for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous States.

Common Carrier transportation may be required for domestic shipments which are oversized, overweight, or need some type of special handling. In these instances our delivery agent will contact you to schedule delivery.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are not at home at the agreed time of delivery, you may be charged a re-delivery fee equal to your shipping charge.

SHIPPING SPECIALS

On occasion, Valley Spring Service may offer shipping promotions, such as free or discounted shipping. Whether immediately stated or not, these specials are only available within the contiguous 48 states and always exclude Hawaii, Alaska, and any of the US territories outside the continental United States. Some exclusions will apply to shipping promotions.

To qualify for FREE Shipping:

• Orders must meet a minimum value of $49

• Orders must be shipped to an address in the contiguous 48 U.S. states

• Truck freight items do not qualify

• Not available with purchase of tires or wheels

• Not valid on return shipments or prior purchases

• Excludes oversized shipping charges for certain items; oversized shipping charges will be shown at checkout

• Not redeemable for cash

No Handling Fees:

• Offer does not apply to wheels, ATV tires, and ATV wheels

Christmas Delivery:

• Applies only to products in-stock and shipping addresses within the 48 contiguous U.S

WARRANTY POLICY

Valley Spring Service guarantees the workmanship of the products sold for a period of 30 days from date of receipt. If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. Should your product fail after 30 days, please contact us and we will assist you in submitting a claim to the manufacturer.

RETURN POLICY

Valley Spring Service gladly accepts returns on all new merchandise.

Note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please try to include all original packaging, manuals, and ancillary materials in order to avoid being penalized.

Reimbursement eligibility for returns is as follows:

• Within 30 days of invoice date: full refund, less any restocking fees

• After 30 days of invoice date: store credit only, less any restocking fees

• After 90 days of invoice date: no refunds or returns after 90 days

Refunds will be given on parts only and excludes labor or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, cannot be damaged or installed, and must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee.

Certain parts are not returnable, including but not limited to wheels and tires that have been mounted and/or installed, electrical items, and closeouts.

Customer returns for parts received as part of a "free shipping" offer will be credited for the amount of the returned parts less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply.

RETURN PROCEDURE

For all returns, please call 602-275-0445. Provide a specific reason for your return, and request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

When packaging your parts for shipping, write the RGA number on the outside packaging in large, easily visible letters, and include a copy of the original invoice in the package.

We strongly recommend packing any parts with fragile components with sufficient padding. Note: We are not responsible for products being returned to us that are damaged during shipment.
